About the founder
Throughout his career, Juan has worked closely with seniors, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure individuals receive the support, dignity, and quality of life they deserve. He currently serves as Administrator of Family Services at Faith Health Care, where he leads programs that support seniors and individuals through Medicaid and home-based care services.
Previously, Juan served as CEO of Heart2Heart Outreach of South Florida, where he helped grow the organization into a trusted resource for over 10,000 seniors each year. Under his leadership, the organization expanded services, secured vital community partnerships, and supported hundreds of families with essential care and resources.
Juan’s experience also includes leadership roles in one of the nation’s largest self-directed care organizations, where he worked directly with Medicaid programs and helped thousands of families access long-term care services.
What sets Juan apart is not just his experience—but his heart. He understands that finding the right place for a loved one is more than a decision—it’s an emotional journey. His approach is rooted in compassion, honesty, and guidance, helping families feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Juan holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology and has spent his career serving others through both professional and community leadership roles.
